Board of Directors and Officers

The governing body of the corporation, the Board of Directors is made up of nine (9) active members.  Board members are elected by the full membership at the end of season annual meeting.  Each board member shall serve a term of three (3) years from the date of their election.

The officers of the club are elected by the Board of Directors for a term of one year.  With the exception of the Secretary and Treasurer, only Directors shall be eligible to serve as an officer in the Corporation.
